Ok you guys, this is the other piece that we did with the Distinctive Concrete Concepts epoxy that was sent to us to test. I understand that their website is a bit confusing, but they are refinishing it to be more user friendly. Schicht 1mm Voraussetzungen für die Grundierung: gute Fliesseigenschaft, hohe Haftung auf Stein, geringe Geruchsbelästigung. Aus meiner Erfahrung mit dem Epoxidharz Resinpal 2416 gab es keine Zweifel mich nicht hierfür zu entscheiden. Die Viskosität ist ideal und die Haftung hervorragend. Und nahezu keine unangenehmen Dämpfe! Ich habe dem Harz noch weiß (Epoxid Farbpaste Reinweiß) hinzugemischt um eine Grundlage für alle weiteren Farben zu schaffen und damit sie besser zur Geltung kommen. 24 Std. Ruhezeit. 3D Applikationen: In diesem Fall haben wir uns für eine Fototapete entschieden und einen Weg aus Astscheiben der zur Speisekammer führt. Kieselsteine grenzen den Eingang zur Küche ab. Verbindung durch Epoxid Kleber Resinpal 2791 hergestellt. 12 Std. Ruhezeit. Grundschicht + Versiegelung Tapete: 2. Schicht ca. 2mm Die Grundlage für den Aufbau der räumlichen Struktur und die Versieglung schaffe ich mit Resinpal 2416. Eine Stärke von ca. 2mm gießen. 24 Std. Ruhezeit. Farben: 3. U. 4. Schicht ca. 2mm Epoxid Farbpaste für Kontrast und Deckstärke PearlEx Pigmente für Tiefenwirkung Pigmentpulver Eisenoxid für Kontrast und Deckstärke Träger für die Farben Resinpal 2416 Mit den Farben habe ich die Lücken der Astscheiben gefüllt, die Übergänge von Tapete retuschiert und einige 3D Akzente gesetzt. 24 Std. Ruhezeit. Baumscheiben mit dem Bandschleifer grob schleifen danach mit dem Exzenterschleifer Deros 650CV feinschleifen. Auffüllen, Fehler beheben 5. Schicht ca. 1mm Die restlichen Lücken der Baumscheiben mit Resinpal 2416 auffüllen, Lufteinschlüsse aufbohren und auffüllen. 24 Std. Ruhezeit. Versiegeln 6. Schicht 2mm Deck.-Schutzschicht mindestens 2mm mit Resinpal 2416 Gießen. 24 Std. Ruhezeit. Feinschliff mit dem Deros 605VC von Mirka, Unreinheiten und Unebenheiten beseitigen. Topping 7. Schicht 1mm Topcoat Resinpal 2405 H mit Pinsel oder Walze auftragen.
