Jiaozhou Bay Bridge: construction cost is $16 BILLION. Jiaozhou Bay Bridge is a 26.7 km long roadway bridge in eastern China's Shandong province. The Jiaozhou Bay Bridge is the world's longest cross-sea bridge. Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge: construction cost is $15.9 BILLION. it consists of a series of three cable-stayed bridges and one undersea tunnel, as well as 3 artificial islands. The main bridge section is 22.9 kilometres and 6.7 kilometre undersea tunnel. Construction began on 15 December 2009 and was completed on November 14 2017. SuTong Yangtze River Bridge: construction cost is $7.89 BILLION. it is the world's second longest cable-stayed bridge, covering 3,600 feet between the cities of Nantong and Changshu. Two towers of the bridge are 306 metres and two side spans are 300 metres. Construction began in June 2003 and was opened to traffic on 25 May 2008. Xiluodu Dam: construction cost is $6.76 BILLION. it is the fourth tallest dam in the world and currently the second-largest power source for all of China. include seven surface outlets, eight mid-level orifices and four spillway tunnels. Construction began in 2005 and the first generator was commissioned in 2013. Beijing South Railway Station: construction cost is $6.3 BILLION. South Railway Station is the largest station of Asia. The glass ceiling is outfitted with 3,246 solar panels to generate electricity. The 251,000 square-metre waiting area can accommodate 10,000 passengers. Xiangjiaba Dam: construction cost is $6.3 BILLION. The Dam is a large gravity dam on the Jinsha River. Its height is 161 meter. Its generators produce a combined 30.7 trelion watts hour of energy annually. Dam reached completion in 2014. Nanhui New City: construction cost is $4.5 BILLION. Nanhui New City, a planned city to be completed in 2,020, will house almost 1 million people. Nanhui New City is a planned city located in the Pudong New Area of Shanghai, China. It was formerly called Lingang New City until renamed in April 2012. Beijing Capital International Airport: construction cost is $3.5 BILLION. The Beijing Capital International Airport is the largest single construction project in China and the sixth largest building in the world. Beijing Capital International Airport covers 3,657 acers of land. Shanghai Tower: construction cost is $2.4 BILLION. At 128 stories and 2,078 feet tall, the Shanghai Tower is the tallest skyscraper in China. It's the second tallest in the world. it contains world's fastest elevators at a top speed of 20.5 metres per second 74 km/h. Construction work on the tower began in November 2008 and was complete in September 2015. Wuhan Railway Station: construction cost is $2.12 BILLION. Railway Station serves some of the world's fastest trains, which sail along at 186 mph. the station has 11 platforms and 20 tracks. construction began in September 2006, and was completed in December 2009.
