How to sleep easily on a plane? People who can easily fall asleep on a plane are among the lucky few because most of us aren’t able to doze off in a cramped space, sitting in such an uncomfortable position and surrounded by total strangers. What if we told you there are some simple tricks that can help you catch some Z’s on board? Who knew that flying on a Tuesday or keeping your seat belt fastened could actually make a difference? TIMESTAMPS Night is the best time for a flight 0:34 The best days to fly are Tuesdays and Wednesdays 1:27 The perfect seat is by the window 2:16 Tilt your seat back to the max 3:17 Clothes should be warm and comfortable 3:58 Fasten your seat belt over your clothes 4:43 Get yourself some sleeping accessories 5:25 Control the scents around you 6:05 Put your gadgets away 6:59 Food and drinks 7:34 SUMMARY - It’s great if you can pick a flight for the time you usually sleep at. Wake up 2-3 hours earlier on the day of your flight to help you fall asleep faster on board later on. - If you want fewer passengers and more space, pick the most unpopular days for booking flights: Tuesdays and Wednesdays, as a rule. You might even get up to 3 seats to yourself! - Always try to pick a window seat to rest your head on the wall and not be bothered by your neighbor wanting to get up to go to the bathroom. If you normally sleep on your left side, aim for seat A. If your right side is your preferred sleeping position, pick the window seat on the opposite side of the plane. - If you want good quality sleep in the cabin, adjust your seat as far back as it’ll go. Just make sure the person behind you doesn’t mind. - To have a sound nap onboard, you should wear loose clothes made of natural materials that don’t constrict your movements. If your airline doesn’t provide blankets, take a jacket and warm socks too. - A seat belt fastened over your clothes or blanket won’t make your sleep more comfortable, but it will prevent flight attendants from waking you up if the plane experiences turbulence. - Light and noise are the main culprits that keep you from getting needed shuteye. So this answer might be obvious: use a sleeping mask and earplugs! - You can control the scents in your immediate surrounding. Just sprinkle the head rest or your travel pillow with some lavender oil or any other essential oil you like. - Don’t watch movies on your phone, tablet, or laptop because the blue light of the screen wakes your brain up. Most sleep experts say you should put away all your electronics at least half an hour, or, better yet, an hour before you plan on dozing off. - If you want to be fast asleep, don’t overeat onboard. The food should be light and healthy, while the best drink option is tea (the herbal variety is perfect) or just plain water. Have your own tricks to share? 10 Theories That Prove Time Travel Exists! Subscribe to TheHub: http://goo.gl/87YJzG Sometimes we all wish we could be Marty McFly, if just for a day. Who doesn’t want to be like the hero from Back To The Future, with the means to fix their present by going back to their past? We all have some things we may be embarrassed with or wish we handled differently, but none of us have a friend like Doc Brown, with the know-how to make time travel happen. That is, until now… Here are several eyebrow-raising circumstances that may change your notion of the space-time continuum. We at TheHub have stumbled upon these 10 Theories That Prove Time Travel Exists. Through these tales, you’ll hear of ancient explorers, alternate dimensions, and weird examples of futuristic technologies discovered in photos and artwork from the past. There’s a hipster in a time warp, a cell phone in the Great Depression, a man from the time of Ragtime popping up in the era of McCarthy, a mysterious visitor from an unknown country, a time machine from Iran and another device from the Vatican, an airplane hieroglyph and a famously ageless modern-day celebrity appearing in an unbelievable antique photograph. If all of these instances are true, then people have been jumping backwards and forwards to events behind and ahead of us throughout our existence. History is full of surprises, but was there ever a bigger twist than the fact that it doesn’t flow in a straight line? Be sure to look closely at the people around you, they too may be from another time! For copyright matters please contact us at: email@example.com

We’ll also look behind the curtain of the food industry to learn the secrets behind “sugar-free” mints and candies as well as the truth behind some commonly misconceived fruits. Whether people are prettying up their lawns or pruning up in their pools, we’ll also change the way you think about your fellow humans’ effect on nature and nature’s effect on us. Going beyond, we’ll find out some facts about the way NASA pushed the boundary of space exploration and expanded our understanding of construction on Earth. And finally, we’ll figure out the real reason why pirates wore eyepatches. Join TheHub and learn the truth behind the lies.
